By downloading or using CoinClue (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The service

CoinClue helps identify coins, provide informational value estimates, organize coin collections, and lets users publish classified coin listings and contact one another.

Not professional advice

Identifications, grades, and values are estimates for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate. They are not an appraisal, authentication, or financial advice. Confirm important decisions with a qualified professional.

Premium purchases

CoinClue may offer auto-renewing Premium subscriptions, including yearly and monthly plans, and may also offer Lifetime Premium as a one-time purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically under the terms shown during purchase; a Lifetime Premium purchase does not renew. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account's subscription settings. Prices may vary by region.

Classified marketplace

CoinClue provides listing and communication tools only. CoinClue is not the buyer, seller, broker, auctioneer, payment processor, shipping provider, authenticator, or escrow agent. Buyers and sellers arrange payment, delivery, inspection, returns, and all other transaction terms themselves and use the marketplace at their own risk.

Use the marketplace only where you are legally able to transact and comply with the laws that apply to you. Never send passwords or full payment-card, bank-account, or identity-document details in messages. Use appropriate precautions when meeting another user.

Marketplace rules

Listings must be truthful and use content you have the right to publish. Counterfeit, deceptively described replica, stolen, illegal, or fraudulently represented items are prohibited. Known cleaning, damage, alterations, certification status, shipping costs, and other material conditions must be disclosed. CoinClue may filter, review, reject, hide, or remove content; restrict accounts; and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to investigate reports, protect users, or comply with law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scam or harass another user, evade a block or suspension, or use it to violate the law or another person’s rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store private collection content and, for content you publish as a classified listing, to display, format, moderate, and distribute it inside CoinClue. See our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinClue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App, reliance on its estimates, or the condition, authenticity, legality, delivery, payment, conduct, or outcome of a transaction between users.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
